Organizational Structure

The Veterans Review and Appeal Board is an independent, quasi-judicial tribunal located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.  The Board is composed of:

  • a Chairperson who is the Chief Executive Officer and reports to Parliament through the Minister of Veterans Affairs;
  • an average of 29 full-time Governor-in-Council appointed Members who represent a diverse experience and background from the public at large; and
  • approximately 85 operational staff.
