What is the Appeal Process?
This process is the second level of appeal to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, if you are not satisfied with a Review Hearing decision. The process includes the Appeal Hearing and the Appeal Decision. Members of the Board who were not involved at the Review Hearing will examine your file.
