What is the next step?

The decision is forwarded by the Veterans Review and Appeal Board to the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Department is responsible for processing the decision and making any payments. In some cases, a medical examination is required. All further correspondence concerning the processing of the claim will be dealt with by the Department.
