What if I'm not satisfied with the decision made by the Department of Veterans Affairs?

If you are not satisfied with a decision made by the Department of Veterans Affairs, you can apply to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board to review the decision. The Board provides access to two levels of appeal - the Review Hearing and the Appeal Hearing. It also has authority, in certain circumstances, to reconsider a decision.
