At this time, the Board does not have a GBA+ implementation plan. GBA+ considerations are discussed at the Board’s Executive Committee, which is the main decision-making body for the organization. The Board has also established an Inclusion Committee to promote the values and practices of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
||As a micro-organization with an operational mandate, the Board has no full-time resources dedicated to GBA+. It will continue to allocate temporary resources to develop its capacity in GBA+.
||The Board has established an inclusion committee and is participating in Veterans Affairs Canada’s GBA+ network. This will provide the Board with opportunities to develop its capacity in GBA+.
