Asking for feedback from applicants and stakeholders allows the Board to better understand their needs and expectations for the appeal program. It also lets us know what we are doing well and what more we can do to provide Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP members, and their families with the best possible experience when they come to the Board.
