The Veterans Review and Appeal Board is publishing proposed rules that explain our current practices and procedures for hearings. These proposed rules provide Veterans and their representatives with clear information to help them prepare for hearings, avoid delays and obtain the best possible outcome from the Board.
We are publishing the proposed rules in Part I of the Canada Gazette to give interested parties 30 days to review and comment before they are enacted.
